The awakened individual is highly sensitive and empathic towards the immediate surroundings. The presence of other people around them might overwhelm them. But what if this form of sensitivity is not just a mere condition of the aura of the awakened and instead, the core reason is deeper than what is thought to be?
I am myself highly sensitive to my surroundings and to be around the presence of certain people can become an unbearable task that demands real strength. What is frustrating is that these people seem to be totally unaware of the discomfort “they” provoke or the type of connection that presents in front of their eyes. They appear cold as stone, unaware, or joyful of their linear lives.
Linear. That is the clue. That is how life happens for them, at least most of the time. If they struggle, their view of it is just a simple incidence of life and life just happens as a straight path, sometimes ambitious, sometimes comfortable. Meanwhile, we cringe, we writhe, we struggle, and think to ourselves that this is just a bad Cosmic joke and that this place is simply awful for our “aura” or our “highly sensitive” nature.
Yes, sometimes this is the truth. Sometimes the environment is simply too dense and we capture the electromagnetic emanations of echos of experiences and polarized collective struggle. But this is not as often the case as we might think.
The deeper reality of an apparently awakened individual can be the opposite of what might be thought of, especially if you have been indoctrinated over the years to think you are really the victim of a dense planetary reality and your purity cannot withstand the badness outside. If you use an astrological reference in the form of a natal chart, and discover that you have a few planets in retrograde, I have not so good news for you, dear reader.
You might be dealing with a difficult mission to deal with lifetimes of karmic experiences that are echoing in your aura and within the core of your DNA becoming constantly activated as you experience life in the measurement of your capabilities.
To me this is the sober reality of life. I am fully aware that I came in life with many planets in retrograde when I was born, and not only that. The Galactic Center shows as “retrograde” in my chart, which is not literally a fact, but what this means is that I came here to deal with as much karmic debts as possible in as many timelines as possible in one single lifetime. This situation has left me shattered over and over and over again while interacting with people and even in my long stages of solitude.
During these past weeks, the process of healing and integration have intensified to such an extent that, as soon as the weekend comes, I am left postrated on bed for hours, weeping uncontrollably and sick at my core after a week of physical interaction with ancestral connections that were, eons ago, a huge cause of my demise in countless past lives. It is impossible not to end up confused every time interactions go well, yet, the energies open up chapters of horror within my consciousness. We greet each other, work together in controlled doses. Sometimes circumstances will prevent at all costs interaction when the situation could magnify the discomforts, and who knows what could start happening.
Even worse, one time, one of my colleagues asked younger ones if they believed in past lives. Some were silent, and a young lady said no. The one who asked that first question asked if they had never felt somethimg towards certain places, as if they could remember something. Again, the lady said no, that she did not feel anything.
It really struck me that people who very likely have natal charts with less planets in retrograde are totally unaware of past lives, of spiritual realms, of so many things that the awakened individual is aware of. Not only that, those people do not feel anything being around others, unlike people with planets in retrograde. Their lives go easy. Meanwhile, I am left with horror just by being around them. I dream of them and recall ancient dramas and their energies feel like poison. Other times I feel a positive connection, and they are unaware.
After weeks of assimilating this aspect of reality, more and more answers come to me and I understand a bigger puzzle. I wonder now how many people who have been struggling with hypersensitivity have brought to themselves so much karma to be dealt with in the best way possible as to give permanent closure to ancient dramas.
It makes more sense as to why people with retrogrades in their natal charts are the ones who more easily recall ancestral realities either here on Earth or outside, in one way or another. Plus the fact that interaction with other people overwhelms them because they are more consciously processing karmic ties to the collective of Earth and to certain groups or individuals. So this is really not about being merely “sensitive” or “empathic” but there is a lot more than meets the eye.
Reflect on this and maybe it will make sense to you. If you do happen to have planets in retrograde, are you aware of what your own soul demands from you in relationship to Earth and her people?
Before a small group of ultracosmic beings decided that a new paradigm of separation would trigger evolution of other species, everything operated based on natural Cosmic laws within the inhabited galaxies.
Extraterrestrial races evolved based on true empathy and an everlasting invisible connection from hearts to hearts and from minds to minds without being intrusive. All laws were felt and understood fully. None of these species resemble the Cosmic Earth human, except in some cases on a template based on a head, two limbs used as legs and two limbs used as arms. Others had more than two arms and/or more than two legs. Science fiction would give to us a better idea on Cosmic diversity than what the conscious mind can grasp in the form of astral adventures or other forms of inner realm communication.
Technologies were as ultra advanced as were the biologies of beings who could rejenerate themselves and live up to millions of years, shapeshifting or adapting at will in accordance to the environmental conditions of the worlds they explored. Death was unknown to them. In fact, death would not have been a natural process to them, but simply a glitch that resulted after polarization of a sector of Cosmos.
Peace and joy were natural, without being the constant, as any form of conflict that would arise was based only and purely on unsconsciousness but never as intentional harm. Evil was non-existent. Fear, to the extent that polarized races experience it, was not existent either to them. Pain did exist but it was seen as something milder in general terms and part of natural evolution.
However, creative minds would never lose wonder and amazement in the ideals of experimentation. Such forms of experimentation were different to what is known to Earth humans and even other Cosmic races through science.
Science was different and there was no incentive to aim for perfection. To us humans, these races would be seen as perfect though.
Even the most advanced of negative Draconian technologies, or the most sophisticated insectoid technologies would be no match for these beings. The highly advanced life forms existent within Arcturus would see these beings as ultragods. That is their level of knowledge and empathy for everything.
These beings do not even know what ethics or values like forgiveness are, because their pure empathy would not require for such concepts to be developed and applied.
Only after the great separation experiments initiated by a group of evolved beings, were such concepts created in order to solve the enigmas born as end result of creation of polarity.
These beings consider the known laws as part of the polarization paradigms, even the Law of One is an incomplete notion to them. The laws taught by several positive and negative species were all based on polarization.
Cosmos, is not a polarized playground as a whole, but one sector of Cosmos that underwent dramatic changes for an eternity did become polarized and new laws emerged from such changes in the structure of atomic and subatomic particles, which were originally different to what is known now.
Since these races are capable of transforming all forms of disharmony in almost the blink of an eye, they will not appear to most of humanity, as they know well how everything operates. The human race needs to revert the process of polarization that has taken literally an eternity to solve in linear terms. They observe, and love, but they know that we are capable of doing this and they will assist in some ways now that they are here. Humanity has a huge lesson to learn which is simply the acceptance of the inner polarity, before anything else.
They respect our laws and know that we are converging towards resolution, even if it is not evident in our limited eyes. To them, as a whole, we are still like babies, or better said like very fragmented versions of what they are. As we progress in our integration and healing, they can communicate more with us, but to them, removal of judgement and self judgement is important and transcendence of fear. Without the acceptance of the fragmented strands within the human DNA, it is harder for them to reach out to us and for them to reach out to us.
Part of that acceptance includes the healing of negative human and extraterrestrial patterns within the Earth human. Healing of incarnations as darker species, like negative pan-goat people, occult vampyrs, dark insectoid species, negative dracos and other less known species help us release the polarization within and outside. If there are such species within ourselves, then we can meditate and find acceptance of them in our hearts and minds and progress further towards the reparation of DNA and Cosmic home worlds.
The First Key: Natural cosmic process of reintegration of the soul essence known as soul retrieval
Soul retrieval holds the first key to manifestation of better dreams, better experiences, and a higher path, by consciously embarking on a true savior mission of one’s own soul. From aspects in countless timelines, first sub keys of darkness and light are revealed. Soul retrieval is the art of ascension in its unconscious or conscious first stages of prismatic Cosmic rearrangement. By learning the secrets of the worldly light and the worldly darkness the next keys are revealed.
The sub keys of the First Key can be seen in the diagrammatic literal representation of scientific configuration of energy in the manifested and non-manifested Universes. Simple is the diagram, yet revelation holds its nature when one sees a mirror reflection of the soul in this larger fractal soul configuration:
You can see that, for the most part, the Creation that we know about is composed of dark energy and dark matter. These are forms of very light energy with a heavy density that cannot be seen in physical, as opposed to the condensed particles that make up the physical configuration of Universes.
We as individuals are no different from the Cosmos in our composition. Our shadow self is made up of antimatter for the most part. You can imagine that much of what we are is made up of etheric self. Imagine then how the astral realms are made up of the same substance. However, dark energy and dark matter vibrate differently in each layer of each dimension and density and these energies need to be imprinted to create antimatter and matter.
Very much like how, for the most part, our brain is in apparent state of slumber, as is the large portion of DNA known as “junk”, so are the layers of astral/etheric substance.
How are then the astral/etheric layers connected to the notions of dark energy, dark matter, antimatter and what we call the light in higher dimensions, our brain and our DNA? How are these concepts associated to the soul vibration, to inner peace, to letting go? Before we reach those keys take a look at the following diagram:
From our uncountable experiences on Earth we have created what people call the Matrix, both in physical and in astral/etheric layers.
What is truly the mass of energy that makes up then the astral/etheric realms (multidimensional)?
A person who is grounded and who is not interested or ready to tap into what people often refer to “spiritual” are people who either have a great capacity to generate physical resources or are not efficient in such task (i.e. wealth). However, these individuals are less aware of how their thought processes generate as well as the meaning of their dreams while asleep, and the collective energies surrounding them at all times. Such individuals are also either service to others oriented or service to self.
First Sub key: understanding the non integrated light of unity consciousness in a polarized world
When an individual activates the capacities of his/her third eye and crown chakras they become aware of the energetic environment surrounding them. However, in a transition process, the very first fallacy of this individual is to believe that he/she is following since the very first moment of this realization a path of pure goodness and service (this is not always the case though). On the contrary, a long path of self-awareness begins. Over time, the individual assimilates and integrates the information of the soul as a whole to understand, that in essence, there is no such thing as being defined by the basic notions of good or evil.
The awakening individual begins a new journey through the grid or layers of non integrated light. Sometimes they believe to be always of goodness, always different and abused by society in general, with a mission to save others, seeking oneness, unity, and the merging of energies with others indiscriminately. This process is achieved often times by raising the vibration to the level of the Little Heaven of light where the first notions of spirituality are learned and remembered.
In these dimensions of consciousness, with or without spiritual notions or practices, all individuals seek joy, bliss, and the manifestation of dreams with such emotional qualities. Energetically, part of this thick layer is also built when individuals exchange sexual energies. The blissful energetic explosions of life force are spread in the environment through the merging of the bodies and chakras. At this level, it is difficult to distinguish between the soul frequencies of vibrations of each individual, simply because at this level all energies are merged into a collective energy, a grid of light where parts of the consciousness of certain beings reside.
These layers are also built when the souls that pass to the other side after death, seek comfort in them where their traumatic imprints become inactive and cannot be perceived anymore.
It is an energetic vibration of joy and bliss, where the beautiful dreams of individuals and the collective are forged and desired to be manifested. For this reason, I call it the Little Heaven.
Is there anything wrong with this? Absolutely not. However, in a dualistic paradigm in the 3rd density with lower 3rd and 4th dimensional levels of consciousness, during cycles of thousands or millions of years, this thick layer of blissful light is built, in some cases through the most selfish and heinous motives. How is this possible? To this point beloved brother or sister, I shall come back later.
Second Sub key: Understanding the non integrated darkness of separation in a polarized world
When a collective of individuals begin an ascension process to a higher density, awareness of inner conflict of light and dark forces begin. It is a difficult integration process of a personal Universe of aspects residing in different timelines that converge in the Now moment in astral/etheric realms. What this means basically is that each aspect of your soul is an incarnation of the past or parts of incarnations, which also include futuristic past lives that hold possibilities for future manifestation.
The fragmented soul then resides for the most part in these higher realms, either in a hellish reality or in a heavenly reality. Their residence depends on the frames of each timeline playing itself simultaneously in the Now moment. Only one incarnated aspect which is us in physical has the colossal mission to integrate over time all other aspects of the soul. This process can also happen during the course of several incarnations, as long as it happens during an extensive ascension process to the 4th and 5th densities of individual expression (not to be confused with dimensions!).
In this initial process, the individual begins a conscious recalling process of tiny pieces of information from this convergence of other lives in many ways. However, very little is recalled in the initial cases of the negative path of the soul throughout millennia of incarnations. Sometimes, some gruesome scenes are seen without a link to repeating patterns and decisions. The abusive/abused nature of many of these aspects of the soul that affect greatly the path of the incarnated soul, as much as in previous incarnations where ascension was not possible, is not understood.
For the most part, many individuals with a spiritual aspiration think of themselves as initially being always the abused or the victim. Such inner projection is then seen in the conflict in relationships, from the biological family to society as a whole. Conflicts are especially projected directly at the individuals who chose to reflect the massive darkness of society: a dark cabal. During this confusing process we might feel constantly threatened by other individuals and other unseen forces and lives in the illusion of not living a life of true freedom. Spiritual ideas clash with the ideas of their loved ones and society in general. There is much inner conflict projected in the outside in this initial stage of ascension.
A small group of negative oriented individuals in government positions, spiritual organizations, large corporations, financial corporations and in other sectors, reflect the nature of the recollection of the collective subconscious nature in the darkness of lower realms, where the most dominant parts of each aspect reside. These are the dominant aspects that seek control at all costs, who take actions based purely on impulse, who seek to divide and destroy without hesitation.
Even the apparently most spiritual individual carries a degree of negativity from soul aspects, without exception. However, it is in the creative capacity of these aspects where so much of our True Power resides, including the power to generate physical resources and a sense of balance and empowerment. No wonder then why a small group holds the key to manifest the largest amount of physical resources, at all costs.
Remember that our subconscious, our brain, our DNA, is for the most part made up of imprinted dark matter or antimatter, where the lower realms of hell and the higher realms of little heaven exist. We are for the most part made up of a magnificent amount of aspects that have been abused and who have abused, but also who have lived for many causes and who have experienced love in uncountable ways through much suffering. For such reason, an incarnated individual cannot come to the physical with such a great level of integration of these aspects. Integration in itself is the ascension process.
The most negative and impulsive aspects of the soul hold such degree of pain and anger that these forces were in negative timelines converted into the purest impulse to destroy and to harm. An analogy of this is a very traumatized dog that attacks without hesitation and kills. Think about criminals who seem to be in a state beyond reason who hunt people to fulfill a negative impulse to destroy.
At this point my dear reader, everything sounds perhaps dreadful. Think about the most difficult moments in history when wars and other conflicts took place and decisions were made based mostly on impulse and not on the kind of rationale that we apply when we face pain. During our current stage of ascension of our consciousness, very likely you see that there is a much higher path than the previously known path of impulses.
it is then with the application of values like forgiveness, mercy, compassion, acceptance, empathy and awareness in general, that we dissolve all the negativity in our soul and our most negative aspects are then seen as aspects that took decisions based on much suffering, in times where there was no genuine guidance from the soul and from the heart of Creation.
Third Sub Key: Understanding conflict of polarities during global ascension
The light in our consciousness is what prevents us from becoming the worst of our souls, from experiencing the pain of our past without any filters or restrictions. We will not harm what we perceive as an opponent, we might not even punch someone, even if we are abused. Over time we learn to stand up for ourselves in the best possible way, without perpetuating conflict like in ancient times, during the most destructive stages. We reach for a higher path in which we internalize conflict and we assimilate the lessons of the past.
What many spiritual aspirants to ascension share in common is the early experiences of abuse in our current incarnation. Such abuses trigger the wounded aspects of the soul to integrate in such a safe way that we do not end up harming others out of revenge with our most negative potential. Even if there is revenge, the circumstances in which we are placed allow for us to take the higher road of awareness and mastery.
You can see these experiences of abuse as portals or reminders of our soul paths in multiple incarnations that lead us to a new path of higher inner resolution. These experiences remind us at subconscious level of the level of abuse experienced in millennia in 3rd density, from the standpoint of the victim but also to understand how we became the abusers.
When such experiences are not fully understood, then the aspirant begins an inner struggle with himself/herself and also with the world. So is the case of millions of individuals who display much physical, emotional, mental and spiritual confusion and turmoil and who also feel threatened by the outer circumstances. Some then seek in the higher layers of non integrated light, subconsciously, the presence of some higher power to come for their rescue and that of humanity.
The struggle intensifies in such a way that the aspirant feels overwhelmed with the following outer conflicts:
The presence of “negative entities” or “demons” in lower realms and even engaging in fights with them, perpetuating conflict and increasing the collective level of polarization.
The conflict with a dark cabal, from governments to large corporations and lower levels of authority.
The threats of terrorist attacks, threats of war, threats of high technologies used by negative individuals, etc.
Threats of financial collapse and inability to manifest resources in physical.
Conflicts with religious beliefs and institutions.
Conflicts with family and friends.
Conflicts with personal identity, gender, tastes, beliefs, etc.
If such inner conflicts are constantly mirrored in the outside, the spiritual aspirant slowly becomes overwhelmed with his/her own negative or service-to-self oriented aspects that cannot be fully integrated. The aspirant feels in much conflict with the outer world as a consequence.
Two cases come to my mind when I think about how, when we seek to hold on to a spiritual path without proper integration we can become imbalanced. Some examples include spiritual masters who over history left us magnificent teachings, but who took actions that seemed contradictory and even extreme in some cases.
Another case is simply what we often see as an increasing and unforgiving repulsion towards the collective shadow that is blatantly mirrored by many of the people who control the resources of the planet. The latter in particular can drag us down into a spiral of negativity. Far from assisting in neutralizing the negativity of the planet we might contribute to worsen the inner polarization of the elite minority and that of the astral environment, depending on how we use our psychic capabilities. By sending our hate to them, we fragment ourselves further and we block their own capability for positive change.
Only by coming to terms over time with our own levels of soul polarization will true transformation begin and the origins of darkness will find in all expressions a common ground in the light.
The true nature of the dreams of the fragmented self
Before the next keys are analyzed, let us examine now the following diagram to understand the current polarized psychology of manifestation in a stage of increasing polarization:
In this diagram, which is closely associated to the previous diagram, you can see that our thought processes and dreams are highly influenced by the presence of the aspects of our souls residing in multiple timelines of previous physical incarnations. In a way, what we do when we receive inspiration is to take memories of astral/etheric nature from such pieces of our soul and their experiences. This is, for the most part, a subconscious way to recall other lifetimes of experience. Remember dear one, what you feel and sense and desire is a convergence of timelines in the Now moment.
However, just like in certain spiritual doctrines like Buddhism and Kabbalah, many times our recurrent dreams, desires and longings lead to a long road of expectations, hopeful mental projections of a desired future, disappointment and suffering. Our consciousness becomes plagued with constant longing, anxiety and despair. More so, if our dreams involve not only ourselves but others, an entanglement of complications plagues our bruised hearts beloveds.
In the diagram above, take as an example three lifetimes or timelines of much suffering, in which the aspect lived a service-to-self oriented life or a service-to-others oriented life. From these three aspects that are not integrated and healed in the auric field of the currently incarnated aspect comes a series of thought forms or desires taken from little moments of joy and bliss from such timelines. From those moments, the incarnated aspect longs to fulfill such dreams and desires recurrently and serve like the gas for the car that takes them through the path of life.
However, sometimes such dreams cannot be fulfilled, either because the God-self has placed the incarnated aspect into a path of more restrictions to avoid following the previous paths that lead to painful deaths and harmful relationships and decisions. Other times, such desires come to fruition over time, but at the high cost of another path of decisions that once again leads to disastrous consequences. Or simply, it just takes a considerable amount of time to allow for the conditions to be manifested within and outside of the individual to create those dreams.
Take as an example the vision of a happy couple with children in a peaceful place. The aspirant then has a goal to fulfill such desire. However, imagine that in such timelines the aspirant had for the most part a very painful life with the partner and the children, or that such union was a consequence of the destruction of a previous family. Perhaps such visions of the past or thought forms of desire are based on a selfish desire. Maybe, outer circumstances made the life of the family an impossible one to bring to a joyful outcome. If, in the first case the relationship with such family must be healed, it might take a very long and tedious road of awareness and healing to repair such timelines to manifest a peaceful outcome.
In such cases it is then when dreams, desires and longings come from places of suffering and destruction in the subconscious mind of the one who seeks to manifest a higher path towards inner peace.
As a child, perhaps you tried to create a drawing to impress your parents. Then, you faced a certain form of neglectfulness. You saw your parents being distracted enough with all kinds of responsibilities you would not understand as to pay attention to your newly created masterpiece.
A little older you became, and tried to earn the respect of your favorite teacher, only to find out that perhaps you did not excel in math class. Or your classmates not always felt sympathy for you. You began learning your first steps on how to cope with a world that is not always loving, or understanding of the needs of a child. Very likely you grew up telling to yourself that none of those things mattered that much, that you had to be strong and competitive.
As an adult, you stumbled upon the difficult boss who always complains about “something”. That “something” pertained your performance. You knew somehow you were doing your best effort, and it might not have been acknowledged.
So has been life on Earth for too long. Deep within your subconsciousness you were taught that, in one way or another, you were not good enough for those who surrounded you, and eventually not even for yourself.
Finally, you reached the point in which you embraced the new age spiritual doctrines. What you found in them was that such part of your programming, the part in which you are told that you are not good enough, was reinforced. You were told that your ego is your worst enemy, your bad company, like your guardian devil.
Oh, that damn ego, that gets in your way, that tries to express something that feels negative. So you must encase it, tell it to shut up, to stop getting in the way of your ambitions. You must, at all costs, tell it to stop complaining when you feel discomfort, if someone acts in some way around you, or other situations.
The Road Less Taken
If you shrink your ego, you will reach enlightenment. For enlightenment leads to the feeling of ultimate Oneness. With Oneness, you will never ever feel alone again and you will feel like you found Home in a wave of vast bliss. You will no longer have to deal with a difficult ego, that demands something. Ego is a very bad thing, it is a very evil kid inside of you, or a monster. Or so you were told.
However, if you go very deep within you, and spend time with your ego, you might find that there is a gift that you have not heard too often about in your current spiritual doctrines. The gift is a new understanding of being authentic, of becoming whole within yourself and mostly, something that is rarely taught in the current spiritual movements: self compassion.
Without self compassion, no compassion for others can be born.
Self compassion is a higher expression of self love. Self love is a journey, a long one that requires the values that we all would love to strive for in our lives to be applied to ourselves with gentleness. Patience is one of them. Think about, for a moment, how many times others were not patient towards you. How many times your own relatives have not been patient towards you.
It is in that lack of patience that the feeling of not being worthy is born. Lack of patience might be seen in the parent, partner, friend or colleague who is always upset or busy, who spends too much time using a technological gadget, or the one who is tired and swamped with homely responsibilities. Other times lack of patience is expressed as aggression.
Egohood as Human Individuality and Oneness as Temporary Relief
It is fundamental to understand that egohood, in a more formal definition, is not the exclusive traits of the individual personality that are perceived as negative, in one way or another. Egohood can be defined to incorporate the capacities and traits that make up the individual personality as a whole, including the ones perceived as positive. You can read wider definitions in the articles: The Concepts and Functions of Egohood and The Consensus Between the Higher Self and the Shadow Self.
“The soul is made up of a mix of often unseen particles. These particles include antimatter and dark matter, which can be dissected to see emanations of photons, electrons and protons and other subatomic particles. Dark matter is the gel-like substance that has not yet been imprinted with soul memories because there have been no physical experiences. Antimatter, on the other hand, is the soul substance that has already been imprinted with experiences in physical. When you are born, you carry a piece of soul of previous incarnations and as you experience life in physical, your soul substance grows with imprinted information. Your aura expands. You can even bring from other lifetimes more soul substance already imprinted.
Your creators in physical are your parents or in bizarre cases those who have played with your DNA through genetic manipulation, while you are the creator of your own soul through your own experiences. As such, you are not only your own creator but also you are a whole individual.“
You can see then why, not only is egohood of utmost importance to the growth of the human being in the material world, but also for the imprinting of the soul as an individual entity or being without a physical body.
As we grow up, we are taught to fill our minds and our hearts with self judgement. Self judgement comes as the expression of internal negative self talk and feelings of guilt, shame, being inadequate and not being acknowledged for our uniqueness.
The fractured parts of our soul that have left our energetic field during traumatic life situations, and negative imprinting since childhood, create a sense of lack of inner wholeness. Specifically, lack of feeling of being at home, of being alienated from the rest of society, and not fitting anywhere are the consequences of soul fragmentation.
These traumatic situations are then replicated indefinitely over countless incarnations. At the moment of our passing from this material world to the non-material realities, the larger portion of our souls travel through multiple densities. Finally, a large portion of it reaches the highest lightest density in which the totality of the energy of the collective of Earth (and the collective of other spaces in Cosmos) resides in a completely enmeshed form.
In this enmeshed form there is absolutely no sense of individual identity. All the soul particles vibrate at a very high frequency were only states of bliss or peace are perceived. In the highest state of peace there is a complete sense of nothingness.
Meanwhile, in the lower realms or lower octaves of non-phisical densities, the soul fragments of each individual soul reside. These are the layers that people perceive as the levels of hell or suffering.
These parts of the individual soul remain stuck indefinitely in these realms of trauma, unless these parts manage to ascend to the protective higher realms. In these states of consciousness the imprints of trauma become inactive and only feelings of wellness in any form are perceived. Then, if these same fragmented parts, for any reason, lower their frequency, the imprints of trauma reactivate.
During our interaction with physical reality, we can tap into the knowledge and state of consciousness of our non-incarnated aspects and fragments. In meditation, we become aware of the highest most merged levels of consciousness that people have often described as “enlightenment”. We retrieve some of that energy and the memory of the experience stays with us. We remove from the massive cloud of enmeshment that part that belongs to us and we become more whole, with a new understanding of existence.
In order to achieve wholeness and the feeling of having found Home, the individual must retrieve all the soul energy from all dimensions, densities and octaves.
However, in many of the current spiritual teachings, along with our programming, we tend to avoid the pain of the parts of us that reside in the lower realms of trauma. We’d rather stick to those experiences that feel good, even blissful. We do not allow full mergings with as many parts of our soul as possible to integrate and heal within us in our current incarnation. As these parts continue staying in lower realms, then they continue bringing our attention in uncomfortable ways in each incarnation and we are unable to release fully our karmic ties to difficult situations. As consequence, we cannot free ourselves and others from the karmic wheel and we are not able to achieve wholeness and self acceptance of our humanity and our soul.
Sometimes, tapping into higher levels of consciousness not only brings the altered states that are often described by many as “enlightening”. Also, parts of us stuck in lower realms are forced to become integrated. This is not always the case, but at least partially, it is a natural process. Hence, the typical “ascension symptoms” and continuous mental, emotional and physical roller- coasters.
Over time, the more we accept all parts of ourselves, including the ones that make up what people call “ego”, we allow ourselves to experience a smoother transition to a more dignifying life in physical. Our home becomes our inner sanctuary and we attract more loving situations.
The more we retrieve our energies from the massive collective consciousness in higher realms and the more we embrace the difficult parts of us that suffer and need our love and acceptance, the more we can feel and express inner bliss in physical. There is less need to tap into temporary enlightening experiences. Tapping into such temporary bliss in which we feed ourselves with the energies of the collective at that level, only leave us wondering why, after feeling the Oneness, we end up feeling again incomplete, alone and alienated.
It is not always the massive enmeshment with the collective what we seek, even less to subjugate our individuality and personal will to become “egoless”. Instead, our soul as a whole craves our self acceptance as loving authentic balanced individuals. Once we achieve that inner wholeness with all parts of ourselves, in all timelines and spacelines, in all incarnations in the now moment, we become love and bliss itself in a physical body that radiates light by itself. Far from becoming egoless, we evolve into a state of healthy individual egohood, connected by loving threads of light to the hearts of other individuals and Earth itself. We know that we belong everywhere, any time and we feel it from inside.
Around the time the harmonic convergence in 1987 took place, the seeds for an internal revolution where planted within the consciousness of thousands in nearly every country. An increasing interest in the adoption of spiritual practices, belief systems and concerns regarding the elements that defined the status quo are part of the essentials of this global movement.
A series of psychological, spiritual and practical traits have been used to define adults and children as indigos, crystals, millennials and to a lesser extent other similar categories. However, many of these traits can vary, turning these labels into positive and negative stigmas that might be coating a series of problems. These problems are not always addressed properly. As such, they are not treated with the adequate tools for the achievement of a fulfilling balanced life that can contribute to the greater good of society.
As a consequence of a global shift in consciousness, individuals in increasing numbers have been rethinking the values and belief systems that have shaped our civilization so far. Since the beginning of the Industrial Revolution, followed by the Green Revolution and the current Technological and Spiritual Revolutions, we have been facing a series of environmental, political, economical and social problems. There is a collective effort to bring forth the necessary tools to counteract them (without coming yet to permanent solutions).
The general definitions of indigos and crystals share in common the notion that these people are, to some extent, gifted and revolutionary. They question norms and the ways our global institutions function, bringing changes by providing alternatives to those practices that are harmful for the environment, and for society as a whole. They lean towards the adoption of spiritual values and practices like meditation, the awareness of energetic interconnectedness between all, alternative healing methods that replace the use of pharmaceutics, the emphasis on our relationship to nature and the importance of sharing knowledge using technological means. Bringing practical solutions is another common trait, if they manage to overcome many of their personal challenges.
Underlying problems of the revolutionary generations
The shadow side of these labels or categorizations is that certain conditions or traits, like being overly sensitive to the presence of other individuals or being an introvert might stem from certain imbalances that can be overcome if certain measures are applied.
If certain patterns are imprinted in a child by their parents and other relatives, then as the child grows up and develops as an adult, these patterns can create a negative impact throughout life. Additionally, children often face challenges in school, like bullying or having unique needs during their learning processes that are not always met. Factors like physical, emotional and even sexual abuse can create traumas that result in mild or severe form of detachment and lack of confidence.
The patterns that we carry from our ancestors as imprints in our DNA and the energies in the environment that we absorb from individual and collective traumas can create blocks in our electromagnetic field and energetic bodies. As we become more conscious of these patterns of fear and survival, we become more intolerant to any form of abuse. The abuse can be present at home or in the way our regional and global institutions operate.
As a consequence of this form of increasing awareness, more people become identified with terms such as indigos, crystals, millennials, rainbows, starseeds, lightworkers and blue rays as how they are defined by many. Our challenge is to find daily practices that can assist us in balancing our personal needs with the needs of society. We cannot be of assistance to this world if we cannot cope with our internal imbalances and healing needs.
Being talented in several disciplines, holding on to a spectrum of psychic abilities or being sensitive to our environmental conditions does not make us special, even less victimized by our surroundings. We are all unique as individuals and what really matters is to understand that we all have more in common than we might think or feel. Our uniqueness is something that we must value and acknowledge first. Once we find self love then we can be authentic in showing what we have to offer to our world.
Certain colors like soft blue and indigo represent specific vibrations in the spectrum of visible light. They are associated with the awareness of our spirituality and the expansion of our higher mind. If we operate from a space of imbalance, then our human and soul traumas interfere and we become ungrounded, unhappy in the world we live, feeling like we do not belong here or that we cannot cope with our physical reality. We need to ground ourselves and deal with all our suppressed emotions. It is as if literally we were lacking the presence of the other colors.
Striving for inner and outer balance
By finding genuine time for ourselves each day, through a meditation or healing practice, we can get in touch with our deepest emotions. Going outside and feeling our feet connected to this Earth and opening up to an inner dialogue without distraction can facilitate this process. Disconnecting ourselves during the day from the excessive use of technology can assist us even further as we discover more what our inner world is made up of.
Holding our inner child in a space of love and safety and understanding with compassion what we perceive as flaws in us can help increase our perception of self value and self love. Instead of judging ourselves, or what others call the ego, we can embrace and comprehend these aspects of our psyche and start to perceive the world differently.
We become less reactive and more proactive. The energies and material reality that we deal with each day no longer affect us or overwhelm us and a higher form of empathy based on compassion and mutual understanding is born within us. We achieve the much needed balance within us and live in harmony as unique individuals in a world of diversity where we all share much in common, and from that common ground we can share authentic love.
How many people in this world identify themselves as empaths? In one way or another every single individual holds the capacity to be an empath, independently of their set of beliefs, soul age, the way in which they exert their spirituality, or in which way they are connected to the material reality.
Throughout the course of our life and from the perspective of soul growth (lifetimes), it is unavoidable to go through the process of soul fragmentation as a result of traumatic experiences. As children, we are energetically, mentally and emotionally like a sponge that absorbs knowledge in the form of experiences. Our early experiences determine in much how we assimilate our lessons as adults. A child that develops within the womb of the mother already begins to absorb the vibrations of the immediate environment in which the mother lives.
From the day we are born, we start receiving input and developing imprints in all the layers of our being, including the subtly traumatic ones and the life crushing ones. Depending on our capacity as human beings and souls to understand our environment and the experiences that enfold in our lives, is our capacity to heal and apply values and knowledge to the rest of our journey in physical.
Like a chain reaction, what we carry within our DNA as imprints of trauma and the health of our electromagnetic field or aura affects our lives. The DNA imprints come from our ancestry, from the early stages of evolution as any form of consciousness to the currently evolved human being. Our ancestry not only includes what our forefathers learned but also what we as individuals learned from lifetime to lifetime.
Imagine then for a moment, the nature of our aura and the structure, not only of our DNA in itself but our brain and capacity to react to our environmental conditions, which not only includes our relationship to nature in the form of ecosystems but also to every human being with interact with.
Our capacity to absorb information in the form of experiences and the energy from our surroundings is not fully blocked. Just like how when we were children, open to everything around us, as adults we still hold that capacity, to a level. However, when we become traumatized, our own fragmented energy or soul shards that have left our energetic bodies act like shields when we come across any form of input that is perceived as threatening. We learn not to trust in everything we see or hear or touch or in anyone who we interact with, thus blocking ourselves from the possibility of reliving a traumatic experience. We learn to defend ourselves. This process of learning from experiences is innate of every conscious being.
When we have suffered a great deal of traumatic experiences our auric system and energetic body looks fragmented and stained by the energetic soul fragments of other human beings and other life forms. Hence the horror stories about people carrying negative entities, demons and non-human life forms.
Through the gaps of our energetic bodies, other energetic forms that do not belong to our soul easily become attached to our being, bringing a wide range of discomforts, from physical diseases, to emotional and mental ailments. You are literally not whole within yourself and the energetic DNA imprints of other lifeforms create defective patches in your DNA sequence in physical. Those DNA imprints are literally made up of photons and other minute particles that carry the information of those lifeforms to which they belong.
As a traumatized human being and soul you become hypersensitive to your environmental conditions, sometimes to the point of incapacitating you to feel your own energy. You cannot feel as a realized human being with a well defined sense of identity. You merge too much with your surroundings and literally feel everything that attaches to your being and you are unable to protect yourself from all that energetic mess. Interacting with others can be so painful because you feel the emotions of others exponentially and sometimes you do not even know why you are feeling what you feel.
This is not the highest level of empathy that a human being can attain but instead a confusing form of empathy that stems from your own soul fragmentation and the gaps in your energetic system that has lost its capacity to protect itself. Protection is something that comes more naturally when you know how to establish healthy boundaries and create a self feeding energetic system based on your own wholeness and capacity to nurture yourself. You learn how to expel that which does not belong to you. As a whole being you do not need as much energy from other sources outside of yourself and you know well when to give your energy to others.
I have read many accounts from people in which they say they feel the pain of others without knowing the exact reasons. When the reasons are not understood, we must take into account that, under the premise of a fragmented energetic body and aura, these factors are important to understand:
The person who does not feel whole might consciously or unconsciously absorb the energies of other people through direct or indirect contact.
The energies become automatically attached when there is lack of self love (self feeding energetic system and healthy aura).
Through lifetimes of conflicting interactions the person has absorbed the energy of the other (karmic experiences), especially when the one experiencing the pain of another was the one to inflict the pain but does not understand in the present moment the reasons.
Attracting physical and non-physical (conscious beings or fragmented energies) relationships that reflect the repeating patterns based on trauma until the person has healed and no longer attracts such relationships that trigger the reliving or the original trauma.
In these cases a very limited form of empathy exists that is mostly based on being sensitive to the energies of others.
When our levels of awareness increase and we start healing traumas and gaining knowledge, more refined forms of empathy begin to enfold. We start understanding in a more genuine way the feelings of others, their suffering and the end result is mutual understanding.
We understand why we can relate to the feelings of others, why others feel the way they feel and in which ways we attract the situations, people and energies that become attached to us. We understand fully our own pain and our reactions to our environmental circumstances and we start understanding the equal reactions and situations of others. We start to relate in a conscious way to others.
Before attaining mutual understanding and genuine empathy first we must seek self love and self compassion. Without the emergence of self compassion, genuine compassion for others cannot exist.
When we are blinded by our own pain and we absorb the pain of other conscious beings, there is no place for logic and intuition and no capacity to create healthy boundaries based on self respect and the innate ability to nurture ourselves without being selfish. Selfishness arises when we are unable to meet the fundamental needs of our inner child and adult persona.
Once we achieve a high level of integrity and dignity in our lives it becomes easier to develop the highest levels of empathy based on the understanding of the needs of individuals and society as a whole. We become less attached to the negative outcomes that we witness. We can relate to the suffering of others, having learned from our own suffering and having healed our own soul record of traumas. We no longer need to absorb the suffering of others or suffer excessively when we witness the brokenness of human life. We become less reactive and more proactive and act out of love. We are motivated to help selflessly but we respect the path of those who are still learning. We learn to balance wisdom with compassion and know when to act and when not to act. We know what to accept in our lives and what not to accept. We know how to protect ourselves and become our own source of light and nourishment.
